1. Useful Content: Google may distinguish between "quality" and "useful" content. If The site content is found relevant to people, it is obvious that the site is useful but if the content is not relevant then in spite of being qualitative it is of no use to its intended user.
2. Domain parking: Domain parking refers to the registration of domain name with a view to reserving the domain name for future development. A Google update in December of 2011 decreased search visibility of parked domains.
3. User Friendly Layout: 80% of website visitors look above the page fold for important information. Additionally, 69% among them spend most of their time looking at the left section of a page.
4. Page Age: Google always prefers fresh content, but an older page that's regularly updated may overcome a newer page. So, older the page it is more likely to be ranked if it is updated regularly.
5. Other keywords ranking: If the existing page ranks for some other keywords, it works as a guide to google in understanding page's quality.
6. Outbound Links overuse: Some pages have too many outbound links to other pages which is again used as negative factor.
7. Priority of Page in Sitemap.xml: The sitemap.xml file may influence ranking of each page as the priority each page has given is different in it.
8. Bullets and Numbered Lists: Bulleted lists and numbered lists help in user friendly way to read the content. Google likely agrees and may prefer content with bullets and numbers.
9. References and Sources: adding Citations, references and sources may be a sign of trust like Wikipedia. However, Google do not use external links as a ranking signal.
10. Words in URL String: The words written in the URL string can be red by Google and helps Google to decide what the page is all about which in turn reflects in the same category of Google's index.
11. Keyword in URL: Google recently called this as "a very small ranking factor ". But it is one and we can't ignore it.
